Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

AutoCAD Engineer

with experience in

Electronic Surveillance Systems

to support the design and drafting of integrated security solutions including

CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related systems

. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming technical requirements into accurate 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for project execution and client approval.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop detailed

AutoCAD drawings

for surveillance system layouts including

CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and structured cabling

. Review site plans, architectural drawings, and perform

site survey evaluations

to propose optimal equipment placement. Draft

cable routing, device locations, rack elevations, power points

, and

network layouts

. Create and update

as-built drawings

, schematic diagrams, and riser diagrams post-installation. Collaborate with

security system designers, project managers, and installation teams

to ensure design feasibility. Maintain documentation as per project and industry standards. Ensure all drawings comply with

client specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations

. Participate in technical reviews and contribute to

BOQs, equipment specifications, and layout optimization

.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation

, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in drafting AutoCAD drawings, preferably in the

electronic surveillance / low-voltage systems

domain. Proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D is a plus)

. Strong understanding of

CCTV systems, IP/networking layouts, access control systems,

and

structured cabling

. Ability to read and interpret

MEP, architectural

, and

electrical drawings

. Familiarity with national/international standards for electronic surveillance system layouts. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools. Knowledge of

ELV systems

, fire alarms, or building management systems is a plus. Experience working on

large infrastructure, industrial, or commercial security projects

.

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional

site visits

for surveys or installation verification. May be required to travel to

client sites or project locations

based on project needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
