Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with a strong background in the steel industry to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent skills in 2D and 3D drafting, with a preference for those proficient in 3D modeling. The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for steel structures and signage projects using AutoCAD version (2022-2025). Develop technical drawings and designs based on project specifications and client requirements. Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and project deadlines. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to revise drawings as needed. Perform material take-offs and create part lists for fabrication. Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Drafting 3+ years of experience within the steel industry. Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2022-2025 versions). Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
