Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Draughtsman

to join our architecture team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 2D drafting with proficiency in architectural detailing. Familiarity with 3D modeling software will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is

mandatory

for maintaining schedules, quantity take-offs, and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural working drawings, layouts, sections, and details Convert conceptual sketches and verbal instructions into detailed CAD drawings Modify and revise drawings as per design updates and site conditions Prepare submission drawings for approvals and construction sets Maintain accurate records and drawing documentation Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation using Excel Optional: Generate 3D models/renders using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and technical architectural drafting Strong knowledge of

MS Excel

(data entry, formulas, formatting, etc.) Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Good understanding of materials, layouts, and construction processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience with

3D software

like SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Lumion Knowledge of rendering and presentation tools

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
