We are seeking an experienced

AutoCAD Draftsman

with a strong background in UAE construction projects to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and possess expertise in preparing a wide range of technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

General Arrangement Drawings (GA)

in coordination with design and engineering teams. Draft

Blockwork Drawings

as per architectural and structural layouts. Create detailed

Tiling Layout Drawings

, ensuring alignment with design specifications. Develop

False Ceiling Layouts

and

Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs)

with precise details and coordination with MEP services. Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and project specifications. Revise drawings based on mark-ups, client comments, or site conditions. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation. Maintain drawing documentation and version control.

Candidate Requirements:

5 to 8 years

of relevant experience working on

UAE-based projects

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

(2D), with knowledge of relevant drafting standards. Ability to

work independently

with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil/Architectural Drafting or related discipline. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
