Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman/woman to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire lifecycle of architectural projects from architectural drawings to working and detail drawings, contributing to high-profile projects across various sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment and contribute to impactful, large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors Ensure all designs comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices Conduct site visits and manage on-site execution to ensure quality and design intent Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation
Requirements

B.tech civil, Diploma in Civil or a Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution Licensed Architect Proficiency in detail drawings Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and design Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office Strong understanding of architectural design, construction techniques, and building codes Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on large-scale or international projects Experience in 3D rendering (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, D5) Interior design knowledge is a plus
