Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings. Interpret and convert conceptual sketches into accurate CAD drawings. Develop detailed construction drawings as per design and regulatory standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy. Maintain organized drawing files and update revisions when required. Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and firm guidelines. Assist in preparing drawings for statutory approvals and client presentations. Support the design team during all project stages, from concept to execution.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Draftsman in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting/design software preferred. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings. High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred

Experience in interior fit-out drawings and coordination. Familiarity with local building bye-laws, regulations, and approval processes. Knowledge of 3D visualization software will be an added advantage.
