We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

AutoCAD & 3D Designer

with strong knowledge of interior design drawings, space planning, and execution understanding. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed working drawings, 3D renderings, layouts, and assisting the design team in turning concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed

AutoCAD 2D drawings

including plans, elevations & sections. Create high-quality

3D Models & Render Outputs

for residential/commercial projects. Work on space planning & design conceptualization. Understand site measurements & convert to CAD layout. Prepare working drawings for furniture, electrical, plumbing & ceiling. Material, color & finish understanding to match design concepts. Coordinate with site team, vendors & project managers. Modify designs/visuals as per client feedback. BOQ understanding and drawing accuracy responsibility. Maintain project file and documentation.

Skills Required

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D Drafting Mandatory) Strong knowledge of

3D Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape

(any one mandatory) Ability to read & produce site execution drawings Good design sense & visualization power Command over measurements, scaling & detailing Strong sense of materials, textures, lighting & color balance Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in

Interior Design / Architecture

Minimum

2-3 years experience preferred

Pay: ?17,237.08 - ?25,010.12 per month
