Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D and/or 3D drawings, layouts, and detailed schematics using AutoCAD Convert rough sketches and specifications into accurate technical drawings Revise drawings based on engineering mark-ups and client feedback Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company policies Maintain and update drawing records, files, and documentation Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to resolve design-related issues Perform on-site measurements and surveys if needed Assist in preparing as-built drawings and submission documentation

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D is a plus) Minimum [1-3] years of experience in drafting/design Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., civil, architectural, MEP, mechanical) Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other design tools like Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Civil 3D (depending on the industry) Understanding of construction/site processes Ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural plans Effective communication and teamwork skills
