Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to create accurate technical drawings and plans based on project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong CAD software knowledge and the ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to produce quality drawings within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D/3D technical drawings, layouts, and designs using AutoCAD or relevant CAD software Update and revise existing drawings as per engineer or client feedback Ensure accuracy, measurements, and standards compliance in all drawings Maintain drawing records and documentation Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements Support engineers with drafting and basic design tasks Assist in preparing BOQs and material details (if required)

Required Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of SolidWorks, Revit, or other CAD tools preferred Strong understanding of engineering drawings, measurements, and drafting standards Good technical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and within a team Effective communication and time-management skills

Education

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Civil Drafting or related field Additional CAD software certifications preferred
