Sound understanding of

Ability to interpret architectural / civil drawings and convert them into shop drawings.
Detail-oriented
with a knack for catching clashes and inconsistencies before they hit the shop floor.
Good-to-Have Extras
Civil / Architectural diploma or B.E./B.Tech. (any discipline considered if CAD skills are strong).
Exposure to
Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Rhino
for 3D modelling & visualisation.
Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs or Bill-of-Materials generation.
