Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and detailed
Shop drawings
, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, following AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, or client-specific standards.
Utilize
AutoCAD
to produce high-quality drafting designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain clear communication with clients through emails and calls, including project kick-off discussions.
Contribute innovative design ideas to enhance project quality.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architectural Design, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Drafting and Designing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Knowledge of MS Office for documentation and communication.
