Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

AutoCAD Draftsman

with over 3 years of experience in architectural drafting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing detailed architectural drawings, with a preference for those who have worked on

high-rise buildings

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD Translate conceptual sketches and drawings into working technical drawings Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for design intent and accuracy Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements Maintain and organize drawing sets and documentation for projects Update and revise drawings based on site feedback and design changes

Skills Required

Proficient in

AutoCAD

with strong drafting speed and precision Good understanding of

architectural detailing

, especially for high-rise projects Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Basic knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and bylaws Familiarity with

MS Office

and digital file management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field Experience with

Revit

or other BIM tools is an added advantage Prior experience in a reputed architectural firm, especially on

large-scale/high-rise projects
