Diploma Or Any Degree candidates with at least 3 years experience exclusively in residential building plans / detailing and CMDA/Corporation Approval drawings Should have excellent working knowledge & exposure of using Autocad and/or Revit Should have exposure in structural detailing and quantity takeoff Should have experience in drafting of relevant discipline (Electrical/Plumbing etc) for all types of layouts and details Must be familier with CMDA/DTCP Pre-DCR Norms

Typical job functions:

The responsibilities associated with this job include,

Drawing Creation in Autocad by interpreting the sketches, rough drawings, or specifications provided by the Project director, engineers, or external architects Use Autocad or ZWCAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details of residential buildings Verify dimensions, materials, and other details to minimize errors and rework Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines Incorporate changes and revisions to existing drawings as directed Maintain day to day record of work progress at site Verification of measurements for billing and giving approvals in finalization of sub-contractor billings

Other information:

You will have to co-ordinate with Architects / Consultants for questions/doubts and be responsible for having the changes recorded in the office You will have to occasionally deal with customers (flat purchasers) for design changes sought by them

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
