JOB DESCRIPTION
? Participating in key specifier trainings to help share effective/new solutions to the
specifiers' community and provide product education and advice
? Verify and model existing conditions
? Work with Design Managers to create schematic design, design development, and
construction drawings
? Provide drawing support for minor design requests
? Assist scheduling the development of projects
? Be aware of projects as they are planned, developed, and constructed
? Coordinate drawings with outside consultants
? Serving on the Revit/BIM Committee
? Remain informed on industry trends and related new technologies that could
benefit the department
? Establish and maintain drafting and modeling best practices for the department
Qualifications for architectural draftsman
? 4-6 years of experience working in a professional office
? Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work
assignments
? Committed to the success of project teams
? Associates degree or certification
? Associates Degree in CAD Drafting or related field
? Certification as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the
Construction Specifications Institute(CSI) or equivalent A/E certificati

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
