Responsibilities

Prepare accurate

2D drawings

(plans, sections, elevations, furniture details, electrical, plumbing layouts, etc.). Create

BOQ sheets and material take-offs

based on design drawings. Coordinate with designers, site teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Update drawings as per site measurements and design revisions. Maintain a structured file and drawing system for all ongoing projects. Support visualization team with technical inputs for 3D modeling.
We are looking for a

Draftsman

who can convert conceptual designs into precise and detailed

working drawings

, assisting our design and site teams in seamless project execution.

You'll be responsible for preparing

technical drawings, layouts, furniture details, and construction documents

, ensuring all outputs reflect the design intent and studio's aesthetic language.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Knowledge of

SketchUp, V-Ray, or Revit

is a plus. Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and construction techniques.

0-2 years of experience

in interior or architectural drafting. Keen eye for detailing and accuracy. Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
