Elephantine Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled
Draftswoman/Draftsman (AutoCAD 2D)
with real estate or construction industry experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and expertise in preparing accurate 2D drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and plans for residential and commercial projects.
Draft architectural, structural, and interior layouts as per project requirements.
Modify and update existing drawings based on design changes.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for drawing accuracy.
Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and building regulations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings.
Support the design and execution team with technical drawings when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD 2D
(mandatory).
1-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or construction.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Good understanding of building plans, elevations, and sections.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
