Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings using AutoCAD. Develop shop drawings for interiors such as furniture, cabinetry, partitions, ceilings, and flooring layouts. Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to understand design intent and technical requirements. Revise drawings based on client feedback, design changes, and site conditions. Ensure all drawings comply with design standards, specifications, and project timelines. Prepare as-built drawings after project completion. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues during execution by providing accurate drawings.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory). Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret design concepts and technical specifications. Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Good communication and coordination skills.
