Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

2D Draftsman

with strong experience in

interior working drawings

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting 3D design outputs into detailed 2D drawings for execution and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

detailed working drawings

(plans, elevations, sections, joinery, electrical, and plumbing layouts) based on the approved 3D designs. Ensure

accuracy and clarity

in all drawings for on-site implementation. Create

furniture, ceiling, and flooring layouts

as per design requirements. Coordinate with

designers and project managers

to understand project intent and design details. Update drawings based on

design revisions or site conditions

. Maintain

organized drawing files

and ensure timely plotting and submission. Ensure all drawings comply with

company standards

and project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in

Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering

or equivalent.

2-5 years

of experience as a Draftsman in an interior design or architectural firm. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Working knowledge of

SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit

(for referencing 3D models). Strong understanding of

interior detailing, joinery, and material specifications

. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with

corporate, residential, or commercial interior projects

. Good communication and team coordination skills. Self-motivated and organized with a focus on quality output.
