Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled

AutoCAD Draftsman

with experience in

interior design drafting

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior layouts, technical drawings, and space planning, with the ability to translate design concepts into accurate AutoCAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations for interior projects using AutoCAD Develop technical drawings based on design briefs and site requirements Coordinate with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project standards Update and modify drawings as required during different stages of the project Maintain accuracy, clarity, and proper documentation of all drawings Conduct basic site measurements (if required) and incorporate data into drawings Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and project timelines

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field 6 months to 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in interiors Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/3D software is a plus Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and joinery Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail
