Job Title: Modular Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled

Modular Draftsman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, Layouts and production details for commercial modular furniture, partitions, and interior projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and modular furniture standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Create detailed

2D drawings, production drawings, and installation drawings

for modular furniture projects. Understand and interpret

architectural plans, interior layouts, and client requirements

. Coordinate with

designers, production teams, and site engineers

to gather project inputs. Ensure all drawings follow

modular standards

, accuracy, and company drafting guidelines. Revise drawings based on client feedback, site updates, and internal reviews. Maintain organized drawing files and ensure timely submission of deliverables. Provide drawing clarifications to production and installation teams when required. Work with materials such as

plywood, particle board, laminates, aluminium profiles, and hardware systems

. Support the project team to ensure smooth execution and installation.

Skills & Requirements

Diploma / Degree in

Civil, Interior Design

, or relevant field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp/SolidWorks/3D tools is an added advantage. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in modular furniture/interior drafting. Strong understanding of

modular furnitures, joinery details, paneling systems, and accessories

. Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
