Create architectural and interior design drawings & plans that align with client requirements.
Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Understanding materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the interiors.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.
Produce detailed drawings 2D using CAD software.
Stay updated on incorporate innovative design solutions.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in architectural and interior design and drafting projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
