Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Draftsman Executive

who is proficient in

AutoCAD

and capable of handling both

office drawing work and on-site coordination.

The role involves preparing technical drawings, visiting project sites for measurements, verifying layouts, and preparing as-built drawings related to fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and other security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

AutoCAD drawings

(layouts, sections, and schematics) for fire fighting, fire alarm, and surveillance systems. Conduct

site visits

for measurement, layout verification, and coordination with the site team. Prepare

as-built drawings

based on site modifications. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure drawings match actual site conditions. Maintain drawing records and revisions. Assist in preparing

BOQs and quantity take-offs

from drawings. Ensure all drawings are as per company and client standards. Support project documentation and tender submissions when required.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD (2D)

drafting. Ability to read and interpret

architectural and MEP drawings.

Willingness to travel to project sites for surveys and updates. Good communication and coordination skills with site teams. Knowledge of fire fighting, fire alarm, or CCTV layouts preferred. Basic understanding of site installation practices.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
