Job Summary:

We are seeking an

experienced Draftsman (3+ years)

with strong command of

AutoCAD

to prepare precise working drawings and interior detailing for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

2D AutoCAD drawings

for interior projects. Develop

floor plans, furniture layouts, false ceiling layouts, electrical & plumbing drawings, elevations & sectional details

. Translate conceptual designs into

accurate and practical working drawings

. Coordinate with

site execution team

and adapt drawings based on

actual site conditions

. Revise drawings as per

client, architect, or designer feedback

. Conduct

site measurements

when required. Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience

as an Interior Draftsman.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

(mandatory). Understanding of

interior detailing, joinery & material specifications

. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project layouts. Knowledge of

SketchUp / Revit / 3D software

is an added advantage. Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.

Education:

Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture / Drafting
(or related technical qualification)
