About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

AutoCAD Draftsman

to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing technical drawings, layout plans, and detailed working drawings based on design inputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural/interior/furniture layout drawings using AutoCAD. Develop detailed working drawings and construction documents. Coordinate with design and execution teams for revisions and updates. Ensure accuracy, scalability, and consistency of all drawings. Maintain organized drawing records and version control. Conduct site visits (if required) for measurements and drawing validations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. (Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software is a plus.) Minimum 4 years of relevant drafting experience. Strong understanding of architectural/interior detailing, measurements, and scaling. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the [interiors / architecture / furniture ] industry. Knowledge of BOQ, material specifications, and technical standards.
