Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

AutoCAD Draftsman / Architect

with strong knowledge of

civil drawings and 2D & 3D design

. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate drawings and supporting architectural and civil projects, master plans, road maps from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

2D & 3D civil drawings

using AutoCAD Develop

architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and sections

Create

working drawings

for residential/commercial projects Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams Modify drawings as per project requirements and site feedback Ensure drawings comply with

local building norms and standards

Maintain drawing documentation and revisions

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD (mandatory)

Experience in

Civil 2D & 3D designing

Knowledge of

building plans, layouts, and structural drawings

Basic understanding of

construction methods and materials

Ability to read and interpret architectural & civil drawings

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of

SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion

Experience with

residential or commercial projects

Site experience will be an added advantage

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in

Civil Engineering / Architecture

or equivalent Relevant professional experience will be considered
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
