- Restaurant Layout Design:
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed and accurate restaurant layouts, including seating arrangements, kitchen design, and overall floor plans.
- Collaborate with the design team to incorporate aesthetic and functional elements into the layout.
- Interior and Exterior Renderings:
- Generate 2D and 3D renderings of restaurant spaces to provide a visual representation of the design concept.
- Ensure that design elements align with the company\'s brand and overall theme.
- Collaboration with Architects and Designers:
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Material and Finish Selection:
- Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design concept.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements.
- Technical Documentation:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, including elevations and sections, to guide the construction and implementation of the design.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular reviews of design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams during the implementation phase to address any design-related issues that may arise.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman, with a focus on restaurant layouts and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to restaurant design.
