Draftsman 3D 2yr 20k to 25 k

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD. Draft furniture layouts, ceiling designs, electrical plans, plumbing, elevations, sections, etc. Interpret architectural and design concepts into technical drawings. Coordinate with designers and site teams to ensure correct implementation of drawings. Update and revise drawings as per changes from design team or site feedback. Maintain organized drawing files and documentation. Support project teams with technical drafting support during all phases.
Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is a must. Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D software is a plus. Good understanding of interior design standards, detailing, materials, and fittings. Ability to read and translate conceptual drawings into working drawings. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of building codes and construction drawings.
