Job Description

Understand the design requirements and project objectives.

? Expertise in mechanical and automotive engineering to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings and BOM using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

? Knowledge of new product design and reverse engineering principles to develop innovative solutions and improve existing designs.

? Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

? Conduct basic design analysis and simulations to ensure the performance, functionality, and manufacturability of the designs.

? Work closely with manufacturing teams to provide necessary support and resolve design-related issues during production.

? Participate in design reviews and contribute insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of the design process.

? Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD software and engineering technologies.

? Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in all design activities.

? Maintain organized documentation of design changes, updates, and relevant engineering data.

2. Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

? Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a CAD engineer, preferably in new product design and reverse engineering.

? Proficiency in 3D design software, particularly SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

? Strong understanding of mechanical and automotive engineering principles.

? Knowledge of design analysis and simulation tools for validating designs.

? Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? A strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
