Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and Drafting: Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, schematics, layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and general arrangement drawings (GADs) for MEP and ELV systems.

System Expertise: Develop designs for a wide range of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address (PA), building management systems (BMS), data & telecommunications, and structured cabling.

Coordination: Coordinate ELV and MEP designs with architectural, structural, and interior design teams to prevent clashes and ensure seamless integration of all building services.

Technical Documentation: Create and manage all project documentation, including drawing lists, schedules, material take-offs (MTOs), and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and drawings comply with local and international codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA, BICSI, local authority requirements).

Pay: ₹49,999.00 - ₹69,999.00 per month
