Job Description

Job Summary:

The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for preparing and updating 2D and 3D design layouts for plant machinery, piping, and infrastructure specific to dairy production. This includes working on hygienic plant layouts, utility schematics, and equipment installation drawings in compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for plant layout, piping, equipment installation, and structural works. Work closely with project and maintenance teams to support plant upgrades and expansions. Draft utility layouts (milk lines, chilled water, steam, compressed air, etc.) with hygienic design principles. Maintain drawing documentation and ensure version control. Assist in the design of stainless-steel structures, platforms, and fabrication items. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for technical drawing clarification and execution.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Drafting. 0-4 years of experience in AutoCAD, preferably in a dairy, food, or beverage industry. Strong understanding of piping layouts, plant equipment, and sanitary design standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D and SolidWorks knowledge is a plus). Good teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.
