Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD Develop architectural, structural, and interior drawings as per project requirements Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project managers for drawing revisions Modify drawings based on site conditions and client feedback Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings Support the project team with technical drawings during execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D knowledge is an added advantage) Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum

1-2 years of relevant experience

(real estate/construction preferred) Strong understanding of building plans, sections, and elevations Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
