Job Description

Benaka Healthcare is looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Engineer to support our turnkey hospital infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing architectural and MEP drawings, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring that all design outputs meet project specifications, industry standards, and timelines.

You will play a critical role in translating conceptual ideas into accurate and buildable drawings that guide on-site execution for hospitals, diagnostics centres, and modular OT installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections, and services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Prepare coordinated layouts for modular OTs, patient rooms, OPDs, and utility areas as per hospital norms. Modify drawings based on design updates, site conditions, and client inputs. Work closely with architects, MEP consultants, and the execution team for timely design delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific design standards (e.g., NABH, NBC). Maintain drawing version control and accurate documentation for all projects.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus). Experience with hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects preferred. Basic knowledge of MEP coordination and construction methods. Ability to read technical specifications and site drawings. Good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
