JOB LOCATION WILL BE AT OMAN

A leading swimming pool construction and contracting firm is looking for a talented AutoCAD Designer with expertise in both MEP and Civil drafting. The role involves preparing detailed drawings for residential and commercial swimming pool projects, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring design accuracy from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for both MEP (plumbing, electrical, filtration) and Civil (structural layout, sections, excavation plans) works.

Prepare layout plans, construction details, and service drawings as per project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure drawings reflect real-time site conditions.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.

Revise and update drawings based on client or site feedback.

Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for all ongoing and completed projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

2-5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for construction, preferably in swimming pool or specialized contracting projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP components (pumps, pipelines, lighting, drainage) and civil construction principles (formwork, RCC detailing, sections).

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD 3D/Revit is an added advantage).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, structural plans, and service layouts.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
