About the Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical AutoCAD Designer to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting kitchen equipment layouts, components, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and related design tools. You'll work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure precision, functionality, and quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings and technical layouts for commercial kitchen equipment and fabrication units. Convert design concepts and sketches into precise AutoCAD drawings and mechanical plans. Work collaboratively with production, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Maintain and update design documentation, drawings, and project records. Assist in design improvement, prototyping, and customization as per client and project requirements. Ensure all designs comply with manufacturing standards and safety norms.
Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D knowledge is an added advantage).
Experience:

Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in equipment design or fabrication drawings (preferably in kitchen or sheet metal industry). Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good understanding of mechanical drawings, materials, and fabrication processes. Ability to work on multiple projects with tight timelines. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
