Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and revise detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD (2D/3D). Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure drawing accuracy and project alignment. Interpret technical specifications and design documents to produce high-quality CAD drawings. Modify and update existing drawings based on feedback and design changes. Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, industry codes, and project requirements. Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions. Assist in preparing documentation and submittals for permits or client approvals. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively. Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer or similar role. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other software like Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or Civil 3D is a plus. Understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering principles. Strong attention to detail and precision. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling tools. Familiarity with construction processes or fabrication techniques. Experience working with project management tools or documentation systems.
