About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled

Fire Fighting Designer

with hands-on experience in designing fire protection systems such as sprinklers and hydrants. The role is based at our Hyderabad office, with projects executed across India, especially in the

pharmaceutical sector

. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and ready to collaborate with consultants and clients while ensuring NFPA/NBC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design fire protection systems including sprinkler and hydrant layouts. Expertise in Deluge Valve, Alarm Valve, Pre-Action Systems, and designs for Tank Farms, Storage Hazards, Clean Rooms. Proficient in 2D AutoCAD Drafting and fire-fighting system detailing. Capable of performing quantity take-offs and preparing BOQs. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams for design approvals and execution support. Site visits and technical meetings as per project needs. Understanding of Grooved and Flanged fittings. Knowledge of Sprinkler Hydraulic Calculations is a plus. Must be familiar with NFPA and NBC standards. Support in Pumproom Design and system compliance review.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Fire Fighting Design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant fire protection codes. Strong communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for site coordination. Immediate joiners preferred.
