AutoCAD Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand design intent. Modify and revise drawings as needed based on feedback or design changes. Ensure drawings are compliant with company and industry standards. Organize and maintain CAD files and related documentation. Support the design and drafting team with technical drawing input. Assist in preparing construction documents, layouts, and detailed drawings.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D); experience with other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, Civil 3D) is a plus. Diploma, ITI or degree in Civil , Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in CAD drafting or design in [industry: architectural, mechanical, civil, etc.]. Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, or relevant engineering practices. Good Knowledge of MS Office . Knowledge of rendering and visualization tools is a plus. Experience with document control systems.
