Job Description

Education: Diploma/Graduate (Mechanical) Salary: No Bar (Depends on experience & Interview) Experience: Min. 2 years
(Need to have prior experience in Transformer Tanks/Transformers manufacturing/Fabrication industry)

Responsibilities:

Perform quality control inspections on products, components, and systems to ensure they meet production standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and efficiency. Conduct thorough inspections and tests, including dimensional, mechanical, and functional tests, to identify any defects or non-conformance. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for optimization. Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and procedures. Investigate customer complaints and Test Data, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Transformer Tanks/Transformers manufacturing industry with full fabrication knowledge. Tank inspection knowledge and ability to do local site inspections individually. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
