Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Design Engineer responsible for creating accurate 2D/3D mechanical designs, plant layouts, and technical documentation. The role demands strong drafting skills, adherence to engineering standards, and disciplined execution under the guidance of the Reporting Officer.

Design and drafting:

Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for mechanical components, structures, hydraulic systems, and piping layouts using AutoCAD and other CAD software.

Project execution:

Develop designs from concept to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications and project requirements.

Documentation:

Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical reports, and other necessary documentation for projects.

Production support:

Generate fabrication drawings and work with production teams to oversee manufacturing, quality control, and assembly processes.

Collaboration:

Work with other engineers (mechanical, electrical, automation), project managers, and stakeholders to integrate systems and resolve design issues.

Compliance and standards:

Ensure designs comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality procedures.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and solve design-related problems and support the commissioning and testing of new equipment.
