Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using

AutoCAD (expert level required)

Convert architectural/structural designs into accurate technical drawings Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to gather requirements and update drawings Ensure drawings comply with regulations and company standards Maintain and organize drawing files and revisions Support the planning, approval, and execution stages Conduct site visits when needed for measurements or clarifications

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of building construction methods, detailing, and material specifications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to work independently

Preferred:

Experience in the construction industry (mandatory preference)

Experience in residential/commercial building projects Knowledge of Revit or other drafting software (added advantage) Immediate joiner preferred
