We are seeking a highly skilled

Civil 3D Support Specialist

to provide technical assistance, training, and troubleshooting support to our engineering and design teams. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of

Autodesk Civil 3D

, with experience supporting civil infrastructure projects such as land development, roads, grading, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support for users of Civil 3D. Assist with setup and maintenance of Civil 3D templates, styles, and standards. Troubleshoot Civil 3D issues related to surfaces, alignments, corridors, pipe networks, and grading. Collaborate with design teams to optimize workflows and data management. Manage project-related Civil 3D data, including file organization and data shortcuts. Coordinate with IT or BIM/CAD teams to implement and maintain design software environments.

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field. 3+ years of experience using and supporting Autodesk Civil 3D in a professional setting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D features such as surfaces, grading, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
