Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Expert to join our dynamic real estate/construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing CAD drawings, preparing detailed layouts, and superimposing plans on Google Maps. This position is critical to our project planning and execution processes, ensuring precision and accuracy in all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D Renders for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. - Modify and update existing drawings based on project requirements. - Develop layouts for building structures, land development, and interior spaces. - Ensure layouts comply with architectural and engineering specifications. - Superimpose site and project plans onto Google Maps to provide accurate geospatial context. - Analyze and adjust plans based on geographic and topographic data. - Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements. - Coordinate with external teams for design approvals and feedback. - Review designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with local building codes. - Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
