Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping 2D/3D Draftsman proficient in AutoCAD to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D piping drawings for various industrial and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project specifications.

The Civil Infrastructure AutoCAD Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed 2D drawings for civil and infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting design teams by developing layouts, plans, profiles, and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create 2D Piping Drawings:

Develop detailed 2D piping layout drawings, including plans, sections, and isometric views, using AutoCAD based on engineering designs and specifications.

Develop 3D Models:

Generate accurate 3D models of piping systems, incorporating all necessary components such as pipes, fittings, valves, and supports. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for civil and infrastructure works Develop drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and site development Produce plans, profiles, sections, and cross-sections Draft general arrangement, alignment, and layout drawing

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or certification in civil or Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a civil / Piping Draftsman, with expertise in 2D AutoCAD.

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong skills in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling. In-depth knowledge of piping design principles, including layout, isometrics, and material specifications. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering and project teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, or similar. Experience in specific industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
