Sales Executive - Auto Spare Parts
to drive and expand our sales operations throughout Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of automobile spare parts and a successful background in B2B sales involving retailers, distributors, and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers, workshops, and distributors for auto components
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention
Conduct regular visits to retail counters, workshops, and distributor locations across assigned regions
Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential customers effectively
Track competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to management
Ensure timely collections, manage receivables, and maintain accurate sales documentation
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2-5 years in sales of automobile spare parts or a related field
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with auto components, accessories, and their applications
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Mobility:
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
Attitude:
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to operate independently
Language:
Proficiency in regional language(s) is a plus
Education:
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related discipline
