About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Auto Painter
who can deliver high-quality paint finishing for vehicles. The ideal candidate should be capable of matching colors, applying different coating layers, and ensuring flawless finishing on all jobs.
This role demands strong technical knowledge, precision, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities1. Surface Preparation & Color Matching
Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate shade consistency.
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking.
Identify and recommend the right paint materials for each job.
2. Painting & Coating Application
Apply
primer, base coat, and clear coat
with professionalism and precision.
Ensure even paint coverage and correct application techniques.
Operate spray guns, paint booths, and other tools safely and effectively.
3. Repair & Touch-up Work
Repair paint defects such as scratches, dents, or faded areas.
Perform touch-ups and blending to achieve a seamless finish.
Inspect completed work to ensure factory-level perfection.
4. Finishing & Quality Control
Polish painted surfaces to achieve a smooth and glossy finish.
Maintain high-quality standards and follow dealership guidelines.
Check for imperfections and correct them before vehicle delivery.
