: AutoCAD Electrical Design Engineer Position Overview: Electrical panels autocad engineer is responsible for the design, drafting, and documentation of electrical panels. This includes working with electrical engineers and designers to develop the specifications for the panels, creating the drawings and schematics, and preparing the documentation for manufacturing. * Ensure that the electrical panels meet all specifications and requirements Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints. Participate in design meetings and provide expert input on electrical design considerations. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to gather necessary information and resolve design conflicts. Ensure proper integration of electrical systems . Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electrical design records, including drawings, specifications, and as-built documentation. Ensure adherence to document control procedures and standards. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of electrical design drawings and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Identify and resolve any design discrepancies or inconsistencies. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and relevant electrical codes and standards. Seek opportunities to enhance design processes, tools, and methodologies for increased efficiency and quality. Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional certification. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as an AutoCAD Electrical Design Engineer, preferably within the electrical panels industry. Experience in designing electrical systems for commercial or industrial projects is highly desirable. Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical software is essential. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles,industry standards. Familiarity with other relevant design tools. Technical Skills: Ability to create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficient in electrical load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection. Knowledge of lighting design, fire alarm systems, and power distribution is advantageous. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing designs and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
