Job Description

3D Visualizer is responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces, architectural elements, and joinery/furniture layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling & Rendering:

Create 3D models of interior layouts, partitions, ceiling designs, flooring, custom furniture, and joinery details.

Develop photorealistic renders using CAD drawings, mood boards, or conceptual sketches.

Technical Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.

Interpret 2D technical drawings and transform them into detailed 3D visuals.

Client Presentation:

Produce high-quality static images, virtual walkthroughs, or videos.

Present multiple design options and modify based on client feedback.

Software Expertise:

Work with AutoCAD/Revit for layout import.

Use tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, or Enscape for modeling and rendering.

Use Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation boards.

Design Detailing:

Accurately model textures, finishes, light fixtures, MEP elements, ceiling patterns, furniture joinery, etc.

Site and Material Coordination:

Coordinate with procurement/supplier teams to ensure materials in renders match actual materials available.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualification: Basic degree + Certification in 3D

Experience: Gulf experience preferred

Minimum Experience -5 years in the middle east.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
