Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Cad Designer & Back Office Support Executive who needs to maintain supplier relationships, coordinate within departments, prepare drawings and quotations as per day to day requirements.

Key Responsibilities: ( Auto Cad Designer )

Prepare day to day drawings and quotations in a timely manner.

Assist with the making of product manuals and brochures.

Update Quotation Master sheet for Kolkata & franchisees.

Update DPR sheet on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities: ( Back Office Support Executive )

Liaise with suppliers for different requirements, and track the delivery of the same

Manage and maintain records, databases, and reports.

Coordinate with sales, purchase, ops and other internal teams.

Coordinate with the purchase department for hardware delivery at site from the office.

Update DPR sheet on a day to day basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Science / Commerce. ( Hons ) Has a civil / interior design / construction industry background

3+

years of experience in Auto Cad design Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
