Under general supervision, the Analyst II is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired. The individual inspects vehicle damage (which may include automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and recreational vehicles), writes damage repair estimates, negotiates basic and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use.

Key Responsibilities



Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices Initiates system generated checks and pays appropriate parties Processes claims payments Evaluates diminished value in a basic or occasionally moderately complex claim Conditions vehicles Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and/or approves supplements Prepares damage estimates and locates parts for basic and occasionally moderately complex claims Investigates basic and occasionally moderately complex files, reviews damage, take photos, and determines reparability or total loss Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes

Education



4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience



0-2 years experience (Preferred)
