We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our
Authorization Team
within the RCM division. As an
Authorization Executive
, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate pre-authorizations for medical procedures and services, helping patients receive the care they need without delays.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and follow up on
prior authorizations
for patient procedures, diagnostics, or treatments.
Communicate with
insurance companies
, healthcare providers, and internal teams to obtain approvals.
Verify patient
insurance eligibility
and coverage details.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system.
Collaborate with the billing team to ensure clean claim submissions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Life Sciences or Healthcare preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time, multitask, and work in a team environment.
Basic understanding of healthcare and insurance processes is a plus.
